The librarian's mission is to extend the services of the university libraries into the colleges and classrooms. Our goals are to:

  2. Offer support & material for new course topics in advance to allow for library preparation.
  3. Reflect shifts in teaching and faculty interests in our print and electronic collections.
  4. Provide new forms of media, integrated in tandem with subject development.
  5. Offer library instruction utilizing present models and new technologies to acquaint students with library resources and services as well as prepare them
