Interpreting Results

After you have conducted a database search and before you begin a close reading of your selected sources, you will want to narrow your list and determine which sources will best meet your research needs. Start by looking at the title, publication/website, and date (which you can find in your results list), then look at the abstract, sponsorship, and purpose (which you can find by skimming the article).
