Special Collections' children's collections contain books and other materials written for children that are considered rare and/or unique. Some examples include an early 20th century Russian children's encyclopedia; a children's grammar in Ket; titles in Norwegian, Russian, Hungarian, Finnish, and Czech; and a large collection of U.S. children's books published in the 1930s and 1940s, including numerous mysteries written especially for girls.
